The Hanseatic League is the Metro's commercial superpower and the closest thing the tunnels have to an economic center.

Metro 2033: Ranger vs Enlightened

Metro 2033 has two endings. The canonical Ranger ending lets the missile strike destroy the Dark Ones. The alternate Enlightened ending appears if Artyom earns enough moral points and destroys the guidance system instead, realizing the Dark Ones wanted peace.
